Eliminate apathy |

Address homelessness in our community to eliminate it rather than facilitate it through soup kitchens and shelters.
Stop relying on old institutions mandated to prevent cruelty to animals when they often perpetrate it. I know that sounds inflammatory but there needs to be a bold new way of making a difference in the lives of animals, both domesticated and wildlife. The question is not, "Can they reason?" nor, "Can they talk?" but rather, "Can they suffer?" ~Jeremy Bentham
