The privacy policy below details the measures taken by Echoing Green Foundation, a social venture fund (“Echoing Green”), to protect your privacy in connection with your use of www.bebold.org and other sites owned or operated by Echoing Green (“Site”). Echoing Green will make available on the Site the contents of the book, Be Bold, and you may download one copy of the book on any single computer for your personal, noncommercial use, provided that you keep intact any copyright, trademark and other proprietary and/or attribution notices on the book and do not modify the book in any way unless you obtain the permission of Echoing Green. Echoing Green will also provide additional resources and information, and create a community for readers of the book to learn more about social entrepreneurship and each other.

If you choose to participate in the Be Bold website's discussion forum (hereinafter referred to as "Planet Bold") or use any of the functionalities offered by the Be Bold website to enhance communication between users (including but not restricted to Connections, Personal Messaging, and My Resume), you agree that Echoing Green will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with communications from third parties.
Echoing Green collects PII when you register with Echoing Green, when you visit Site pages and when you create a User Profile. Echoing Green may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from clients, business associates or otherwise. Without limitation, information collected, including PII, may be used by Echoing Green for internal research purposes, marketing, promotions and public relations, subject to the terms of our privacy policy. Echoing Green endeavors to ensure the commercially reasonable protection of user’s PII. We have implemented security measures to protect PII collected on our Site against loss, misuse or alteration.
